Two Styles of Cross Country Skiing

Cross-country skiing is comprised of three different styles of skiing. These include 1) Classic and 2) Skate (or Free Skate). Learn more at Wikipedia. The trails at Carey Lake offer terrain suitable for both Classic and Skate skiing. Giant’s Ridge Ski Resort offers terrain suitable for both styles of cross-country skiing.
